LifeKids
New Life Shah Alam's Children's Ministry provides a fun and safe environment for children to learn about God's love. Located on the 3rd floor, LifeKids is a place where children find that learning is fun. Our rooms are designed for safety and are equipped with a variety of toys, crafts and games. Join us for Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, and special events throughout the year.
Life X-treme
LifeXtreme Youth is a place where youths Encounter Jesus, be Equipped by the Word and Empowered to serve and bless others. We aim to train up youths to be on fire for Jesus and to have a personal relationship with Him.
Our leaders are guided by a set of values with the acronym S.E.A.L:

Life Groups
At New Life, we prioritize the importance of connection among Christians for growth. Believers are encouraged to join a Life Group where they can receive support, nurture their spiritual journey, and find fellowship with other believers. Life Group leaders offer prayer, visits, counseling, and support to their members. Joining a Life Group is an excellent opportunity to forge genuine relationships and deepen your discipleship with God. Life Groups convene in homes or at Life Café after service. Gen Z
The Gen Z ministry is a community for campus youths and young adults under 30. The aim is to disciple them as they transform into the likeness of Christ by following Him. Our aim to help young working adults find their calling, the sense belonging, purpose and passion in God. Our activities are geared towards helping discover and develop their fullest potential in God and stand out in the marketplace as men and women of integrity, leadership and industry. We are discipling the disciple makers, decision makers and leaders of our community and nation.
Worship (Vocal, Music, PA, Livestreaming and Projection
We believe that God deserves the highest praise & worship! We are a team of vocalists and musicians highly committed to bringing God's people towards creative expression and personal encounter with God through music and songs. The complementary PA, livestreaming and projection teams facilitate the use of multi media to provide church-goers the chance to encounter God during our Services and events- both onsite and online.
Administration
Church administration is spiritual service to the Body of Christ which involves the wise stewardship of God’s resources, including finance, for the accomplishment of the work of ministry, while making efficient use of resources in a manner that glorifies God.
The management of church affairs should ultimately benefit people and glorify God. These management goals are served by having biblically consistent policies and procedures in writing and available for reference. Policies and procedures that give direction and definition to the ‘how’ of ministry are desirable.
Media
Those who volunteer in the Media Ministry are frontliners in the overall arts and media presentation for the church. They are people with great passion for informative and creative graphic media designs, photography, videography, scriptwriting & social media content creation.
Ushering
Those involved in the important ushering ministry brings the warm and vibrant atmosphere into the house of God by showing hospitality to those who steps into church. The purpose of ushering in church is not merely to serve people, as in a restaurant but to serve God. When the ushers see to it that an atmosphere of warm, welcome and order is maintained before, during, and after the service, they do it for God. In Church. Ushers are spiritual ambassadors for the local church – God's ordained and organized body of believers.

Connectors
Connectors are a dedicated team fostering a welcoming environment for newcomers at the church, ensuring they feel at ease and supported. They play a vital role in facilitating smooth service operations and embodying God's love through their actions. By greeting first-time attendees, providing information, and exemplifying the church's values, they create a warm and inclusive atmosphere for all. Their responsibilities extend to following up with visitors, caring for the community, and actively engaging with outreach efforts to witness God's transformative work.
Hospitality
Our church as an entire floor (5th floor) dedicated to providing refreshments after church service. We serve coffee, cakes, cookies and light refreshments every Sunday and lunch once a month where we also celebrate birthdays of everyone present whose birthday falls on a particular month. Refreshments are either prepared by volunteers in the church or catered from outside vendors.
Facts of life
Facts of life (also known as Birds & Bees) is a course to help teens prepare and journey through adolescence. They will be taught the changes taking place in their lives
physically, mentally, socially and will learn the difference in sexuality between boys and girls. The course also includes self care, developing a healthy self image,
knowing the consequences of making good and bad choices, pros and cons of internet, and many other areas to prepare them for the future.
Event, Community & Outreach (ECO)
We believe in the power of robust church outreach to foster growth. Our Event, Community & Outreach (ECO) team bridges the gap between your church and the community, fostering faith growth among members through service and sharing God's love with the community. The goal is to host impactful outreach events to raise awareness of your church and facilitate Gospel-centered interactions. This includes activities like visiting orphanages, assisting the elderly and underprivileged, and organizing special events with projects, plays, or multimedia presentations.
